I am saddened to say that even though I had good second hand reviews that Roe was good attorney. I feel I did not get the same treatment as others that had more dollars to fork out. I expressed multiple times how I had minimal funds he keep moving things at a snails pace. I gave him all the information that was requested, none of it was filed and now that I am representing myself im finding out that I have to file all of those item again. I had to pay a $1500 retainer for nothing to happen. He did not file anything i gave him and I even gave him copies for the exes attorney. Roe you should feel proud to take advantage of someone whose ex was already trying to screw her over after 27 years together. My favorite is how he showed up 5 minutes late for court. That says hey you mean nothing.

What a horrible attonery, years of experience is nothing when he lacks the ability to listen to anything his client asks him. Yelling over the phone for an in person meeting. Using his disabled daughter as an excuse for him not to be present. When other attorneys hear his name. You can see the disgust in their face. Reported to the office of disciplinary counsel. What a horrible human!

I’m deeply traumatized by how Roe Fox treated me as a client. As a Deaf, POC, and immigrant woman with low income, it was extremely difficult for me to find legal help in Ohio. I was so relieved when I found Roe through the Nextdoor app. I offered to pay him through a legal payment service that allowed me to make monthly payments, and he agreed to represent me. At first, I was very thankful. But everything changed after he spoke to my abuser’s lawyer and the court. His tone became harsh, and he started yelling at me through email. His words made me cry for a week. He made me feel like everything was my fault and that I needed to "own up" to things that weren’t true. He even compared me to my abuser’s mother and said I should be thankful to her — that my kids could have been taken by CPS. That comment was extremely upsetting, especially considering all the trauma I’ve been through. I only had him for one month, and I couldn’t take the emotional harm anymore. It felt like he didn’t believe me or care about my story. I trusted him, and he broke that trust. It’s already hard enough to find a lawyer who is willing to work with someone like me — Deaf, low-income, and a survivor. I would not recommend Roe Fox to anyone in a vulnerable position.

Roe was amazing to work with and is very knowledgeable. He isn't all about money but more importantly what's best for the children. He responds timely and is really all about helping to get the best possible outcome.

Roe went to bat for me and cared about my situation personally. I appreciated that he fought for me and gave me good advice throughout the process.

My first time ever meeting with a lawyer so of course I was nervous and didn't know what all I needed to ask. They were very nice people, very respectful and helpful!
