Abuse to my child that was ignored after repeating numerous times was not safe they took nearly 37,000 dollars for my house sale, after forcing the sale. Disgusting people who cant return calls or do what is ever asked of them. Rachel Shmick was my attorney. She made multiple errors on court documents, kept forgetting details of my case and had to be reminded, and was completely overwhelmed by the opposing counsel. For one court date, we had a pre-conference meeting the day before court. She told me to shop the next day at the wrong time and then blamed me because the court sent me a letter several months earlier stating the time that I should’ve been there. Numerous mistakes that I pointed out she turned around on me as though I did something wrong. Her mistakes came at a great personal cost to me. I should have fired them at the first sign that they weren’t as organized and capable as others claim. Randy Lowery was the opposing attorney. I should’ve hired him. Unfortunately for me he was amazing.
