I had an outstanding experience working with Buckley, Mendleson, Criscione, and Quinn, on my workers’ compensation case. Buckley, Mendleson, Criscione & Quinn made it easy. I received a lot of paperwork from workers’ comp that was confusing. I spoke to Lindsay Stockman and Sunny Lee several times with questions. Both took the time to explain every step, kept me updated on all developments, and made sure I understood my rights and options. John Criscone called me himself, yes, a partner, to ask a few questions to see if there was anything more they could do for me. What really stood out was how easy it was to reach a person and how they were willing to answer my calls and questions and to get me the best possible outcome. Sunny Lee and her team was absolutely amazing, reassuring, competent and did an amazing job on my case. Hands down the best lawyers you can get; Rich and Fran were exceptional in my workers comp injury, especially with all the cheap antics my workers comp insurance tried pulling on me when I got into a car accident on the job. Genuinely, these people have changed my life and I'm on a road to recovery I never thought was possible because they kept fighting for me. I can't ever thank them enough. Because of them, I was able to go back to school and graduate, and also go back to work. As slow as the healing and rehab was (8 months of rehab, almost a year out of work), it all started because this place made sure I was getting the resources I deserved. With their help, not only was I given the money I owed while recovering from my injury, but I was also able to go to rehab and gain help that Workers Comp tried denying me. I am writing a short review of my experience with the law firm AKA Buckley / Mendelsohn /Cession and Quinn . Although Brendan Quinn is the only Attorney I have dealt with directly all meetings have been extremely positive foregoing. His staff , namely Fran Alberti is more than accommodating in communication skills with clients and extremely Professional. This firm doesn't throw out clichés , they tell it like it is and the bottom line "IS" the bottom line. Meaning you get what you get. I have been with for neigh on 30+ years now and they have "never" lost a step or skipped a beat with me. There should be more honest strait-laced individuals in the world today. Thank you.
