I went here for a free consultation, after I repeatedly told the person on the phone that I was willing to pay. I went and the woman i met with literally just googled my questions right in front of me and honestly just made me feel stupid for asking for help. I'm not exaggerating - she googled my questions right in front of me - there wasn't even a pretense of professionalism. It was humiliating. I was willing to pay, but they insisted on a free consultation and it was very insulting. Maybe they do this to all prospective clients they deem "not worth it" but in this political climate it felt really weird, especially since I'm a woman of color. I don't recommend unless you have a lot of money and they think you're worth their time. The woman i met with knew she was doing me wrong bc she repeatedly said she was sorry she wasn't doing anything for me. It was bizarre and embarassing. I won't name the woman i met with because I feel that would be mean and I'm not fake- nice like the person I met with at this law firm. She was young and clearly just thought I was a useless waste of time.

My family needed a power of attorney. We met with Bonnie Kraham. She explained estate planning in detail. We were very pleased with setting up the meeting and receiving the best legal assistance for our situation. Recommend.
