They managed nearly all aspects of the situation with Audi North America and saved me well over $10K. Details: In short, 2 months ago, the timing chain tensioner failed in my 2010 A4. The local dealer did nothing since it was out of warranty despite being a known, (and very common) problem. They dealt directly with Audi NA and negotiated on my behalf to have them pay for all repairs which totaled over $10K. I can't say enough great things about Webster Book, LLP! I specifically worked with Aaron. He helped me resolve the issue with the timing chain tensioner system on my 2012 Volkswagen CC. Volkswagen agreed to pay for the full cost of repairs and legal fees. Prior to contacting Webster Book, I tried resolving the issue with VW directly. I was told that they wouldn't assist me because the warranty on my car was up, even though there is a class action lawsuit against VW for the timing chain tensioner.
