This is my first time writing a negative review for any business and if I could give no stars, I absolutely would. Back in 2016, my parents asked Attorney Fong to help them establish a family trust. His office staff had a very irresponsible attitude and clearly had no knowledge about the process. We recently called to inquire about certain trust documents and the lady who assisted us had a terrible attitude and required us to go into the office in person during the COVID-19 pandemic before offering any helpful information. She didn't even listen to our question before interrupting to answer. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never refer anyone to this law group.
