Wallitsch and Iacobelli is a great law firm to deal with. they have a team that is amazing. lets first talk about attorney Michael she is caring and has great respect for her clients. when you have a question or concern she will listen to everything you say and come up with a solution. if i called or emailed she would get back to me almost immediately her personality is wonderful and always had my best interest. now onto legal assistant Kerrie she guided me through the whole process with respect for my needs. when i did not understand paperwork or certain court issues she explained it all in very simple terms a pleasure to deal with.

My initial consultation with Attorney Iacobelli was wonderful! He did a great job making me feel at ease and explaining everything in a way I could understand. His insights were appreciated and helpful.

Terrible!!!! Over 30k in one year for a divorce and I am still no where near being divorced! He keeps your credit card on file and charges a huge sum every month without your permission. 30k in one year I was charged as he took 3, month long vacations to Italy!!! I'm still legally married and there is no agreement for divorce! Thanks Abele.......

We must not choose this lawyer, the assistant at the front desk has a bad attitude, especially the Megan lawyer has poor professional ability, which is not helpful to your case at all. I think such a lawyer should stop working, otherwise she will always delay your case.

Lacked attention to detail, argumentative over the phone, did not educate me on possible outcomes and how long this process could take! Hard to get a phone conference. His partner at time (Nancy Wallitsch) who I met with originally - did not prepare me emotionally or financially for the problems of a high conflict divorce! She painted an unrealistic picture of financial settlement, and retired a year later! Then heard through the grapevine that Abele was getting out of family law! Would not recommend this firm!
