I called this office asking for a bill of lading. The lady who answered didn't know what a bill of lading was. I tried to explain. Then she asked me how much would it cost. Like I have a clue, that's the reason I'm calling. She then aggressively to me to not call this office again and hung up on me. Very rude people.
