I reached out to Ashley Baron a few days ago for advice on a payment dispute I was having with my previous contractor. To my surprise, the man himself—Mr. Baron—answered the phone. When I asked if he was the owner, he responded with polite humor: "You got me." Despite the stressful situation I was in and my search for legal advice, he made the conversation both relaxing and informative, walking me through possible outcomes with clarity. I reached out to Ashley to gather more information to better protect and prepare myself in regards to contract law. Despite how things have progressed with my situation, I felt comforted by Ashley’s knowledge and experience with construction law. Based on our conversation, Ashley was able to help me strategize and even draft an offer to compromise. I was extremely impressed that I could count on Ashley’s professionalism and timeliness in response. Unfortunately and fortunately, my situation has not yet resolved so I am glad that I can be looking forward to working with Ashley again. (Update 2) Fast forward another week, Ashley helped us draft a settlement agreement. Once again, super impressed with Ashley’s timeliness and professionalism. We understood that Ashley must have quite the workload so we were extremely grateful that she was willing to help and provide such quick turnaround. Having found Ashley has made this horrendous situation so much more bearable. We’re so happy we found her and know that we’ve established a connection should future issues arise.
