I personally had legal documents properly served to this lawyer She denied receiving these documents and misrepresented this fact to the court, even attempting to have me held in contempt. I provided the court with verifiable proof of service, including her signature on the documents, which clearly established that she had received them. Despite this undeniable evidence, she continued to deny the truth. Her repeated dishonesty and attempts to manipulate court proceedings demonstrate unethical conduct and raise serious questions regarding her credibility.

She is very unprofessional attorney. Doesn't return calls .lies ,and doesn't care about people that she has to deal with lower income .. I've not ever met such a disrespectful woman in her type of practice. I've read she's already been suspended for wrong doings ,and after reading that then knowing she was my attorney I was very worried .. because you want to be able to trust who's representing you ,but now I was right when I got a nasty feeling in my stomach about her from the beginning . I don't recommend Gretchen Severin

Terrible service. We met with Gretchen on 1/2/18 to have her update our will and create a trust. In 6 months, I have called her and her office 15 times to get an update. I received one call back around April that she would send me drafts by the end of the week and have got nothing since. The receptionist can’t tell me anything and is clearly used to frustrated calls. She has promised to call me back and doesn’t either. My business is going elsewhere.

Stay away from this lawyer at all costs if if involved you vs another party. You will lose and she will lay down and agree to all of their terms and not fight for you and tell you there’s no hope when you could’ve won and been treated fair. Whatever you do get someone else!

Difficult to work with. Lacks communication both by email and phone. Cannot come to a resolution outside of the courts with her and her party due communication issues for both her as the attorney and the client involved. Refuses to respond unless courts are involved.

I have left several emails and phone messages within the last 2 weeks and have yet to receive any communication regarding my case. My insurance company has also tried to reach her with no luck. Moved on to another attorney.

I have nothing but great things to say about Gretchen. She is a very caring person. She has always been very helpful.
