Christine Cassellius - Family Law Attorney

Christine is amazing. She is incredibly professional and knows family law. She focuses on real issues and tries to move the case along. I know at the hardest times, she stepped more than I could expect. Christine did what she could to help protect my kids, my best interests and worked to get my fair share of assets. Family law issues aren't fun or easy, but she is an attorney you want to represent your interests.

DO NOT USE and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst divorce lawyer who failed her client. Seems she took on more cases than she can handle, and may have mixed up client cases. She lacked the ability to listen to client's needs or wants, and lacks integrity, honesty and professional ethics. Christine did not thoroughly and carefully read through documents, bullied client into signing under diress, showed no support to her client, provided no accountability when she is at fault, did not provide fiduciary duties to her client, unapologetically pushed client into agreeing to things client did not agree to and practically aided the opposing party. She did not use discretion when communicating in public, especially when the opposing party was present and within earshot. Christine was very intimidating to her client and allowed her emotions to take precedence over her professional role and the work she was hired to do. She is not dependable and how she is able to continue law is beyond me. Due to her negligence and threatening, demanding, unprofessional and inconsiderate demeanor towards her own client, I do not recommend Christine J. Cassellius for any law services, especially "Divorce".

If I could give ten stars I would! Christine is phenomenal! She listened to me when it seemed no one else was, and for that I will forever be grateful. Christine explained complex legal matters in a way that was easy to understand and always kept me informed throughout the process. She demonstrates exceptional professionalism, extensive legal knowledge, and unwavering dedication. She is a phenomenal attorney and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Christine is an expert in family law and truly care for her clients. She is easy to work with and will take the time to listen to your side of the story. I hired Christine for over a year and a half and she was more worried about not upsetting the judge and more concerned about emailing me to get a paycheck and add up all the hours than anything. I submitted her plenty of evidence in the case, but as a result I now have two days custody versus I had full custody! She also had me pay $900 to get paperwork from the supreme Court from a previous case of my daughter's mom that was never even presented. If you want to waste a whole bunch of money and get no results hire this attorney. Every single attorney I had hired previous to her I got more custody. She also had verbally told me she was going to have the opposing party pay my attorney's fees when in fact that never happened.

Christine Cassellius is a phenomenal family law attorney that truly cares about her clients. From the beginning, Christine knew that my #1 focus was my children and that was our focus throughout. She also kept me in line throughout the treacherous divorce process. After multiple therapists, a parental consultant, mental health assessments and enough false allegations from opposition to circle the globe twice, Christine helped me get the custody I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. I have recommended her to multiple parties and will continue to do so. If you want someone that will aggressively work for what is important to you, Christine should be your final call.

This is by far one of the worst attorneys I've ever encountered. I watched this attorney bill ridiculous amounts of money only to see her client lose ten's of thousands of dollars in a family law case. If you're looking to lose your case and come out with legal debt on the other side, feel free to enlist this attorney's services. In addition, she displayed moments of intense volatility on phone calls which made me question her professional ability on numerous occasions. Look at the "owner's response" below. They have changed their responses to my review every time I've called them out on something that they are doing that shows my point that they are adversarial, uncivil, and hard to work with in the legal system. They think calling out observations and sharing concerns about their behavior is "defamation". It's interesting that these attorneys who want to hide from accountability. They say they don't care about my experience with their attorney, yet they want to sue me. They say they are lawyers who are interested in making arguments based on facts, yet they only want facts that confirm their bias.
