Michael has taken great care in advising us with a Trust. He spent far more than our appointment times allowed answering all of our questions. We have recently found out that a family members Will was not in order, and that led us to have more questions as we put our own Trust together. I hired Michael and his team to assist with probate, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. It took over two months just to file basic legal paperwork I had requested, which should have been handled much sooner. Additionally, his assistant failed to submit a required newspaper notice despite promising it would be done that same week. At a meeting six weeks later, it still hadn’t been completed, with vague explanations that didn’t add up — especially given how quickly my new attorney handled everything. Within just two days, more was accomplished than what Michael’s office managed in nearly three months. While I believe Michael may be a competent attorney in other areas, in the case of my father’s large estate, I felt the team was either overwhelmed or not transparent about their capabilities.

We solicited Michael's expertise to create new trusts, wills, power of attorneys etc. Our estate is fairly complex. We found Michael to be extremely attentive, transposing correctly our desires onto our documents. He has great attention to detail. He asked relevant questions to fully understand our desires and provided knowledgeable insight and suggestions during the process. He was very accommodating regarding meeting times and locations.
