A little over a year ago, I was caught in a bad traffic accident when a driver ran a red-light and hit my VW Jetta in a head-on collision. What followed was nearly six months of physical therapy before I felt bodily whole again, not to mention the long period of driving anxiety that followed me each time I turned the ignition of my new car. September of last year put me face to face with my full vulnerability, and it made for a harrowing season. The best decision I made in 2024 was hiring Grimes, Teich, Anderson to manage my case. As a WNC native, I knew their reputation preceeded them, and now I have seen for myself that their worthy reputation relays the truth about their firm. They managed all my communications with the whole legion of adjustors who became involved with my claims, also wrangling all of my bills. Through it all, they were my greatest advocate in this awful ordeal, which is just what I needed.
