My Dad and I are very grateful for Mr. Munster's legal expertise in how my Mother was setup with appropriate legal needs as part of her care as we navigated the Alzheimer's journey. Dan was very clear and explained everything during this process. He shared the exact steps we need to take to make sure everything was done correctly. Our family faced some challenging issues in establishing a Special Needs Trust; however, Mr. Munster expertly negotiated all of the legal hurdles and other obstacles, and we were able to establish the critical trust fund. He then assisted us by filing an application for nursing home Medicaid for an aged family member. This was a somewhat challenging project, but again, because of Mr. Munster's expertise, experience, and diligent actions, we were recently notified that the application has been approved. As you can imagine, this lifts a tremendous amount for financial stress off of our family. His personal interest and compassion for our family situation was deeply appreciated.
