I hired Natalie for a child custody case and paid a full retainer. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and difficult. I rarely received updates unless I initiated contact. Shortly after hiring her, she informed me she intended to withdraw from my case. The retainer was not refunded, and I was billed an additional $267. Her withdrawal left me without representation during a critical point in my case. This was my experience — I encourage anyone considering this attorney to confirm their availability and communication expectations before paying a retainer.
