So I wanted to share my experience about Garcia Guevara Legal Services. I had an urgent situation and needed a Guatemalan death certificate translated to apply for an emergency passport for travel. All I had was a "faxed" copy of the original document for them to work with. Considering the pixels were not the clearest, and the text was a little illegible, Garcia Guevara Legal Services worked a miracle! When I received the completed document, I swear I was looking at a legit certified legal document! I was over an hour late picking it up from the office and they were kind enough to make an exception. However, I did notice a typo error in the spelling of a name. I immediately brought to their attention, they corrected it, and even hand delivered the corrected documents to my home the same evening since it was past business hours. Now, if that doesn't shout customer service and going the extra mile loud and clear, then I don't know what does!! They had had the documents ready in 24hrs as promised, price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they had to do, and I was able to pay online as an added convenience. I highly recommend Garcia Guevara Legal Services, you will not be disappointed I promise!
