I was assisting my 83 year old mother with some changes she needed to make certain to happen. In these times, there are so many scams of people fooling the elderly out of property, possessions and valuables that many firms/businesses prefer not to work through a "helper". Completely understandable. The Werner Law Firm allowed me to give them them information that our immediate family of 7 had discussed, informed us of the legal documents that would be needed for our changes, scheduled appointments to work directly with our mother to confirm all information.
