I have never hired this law firm. In the past 2 months, I have had 2 separate experiences where Stephanie Possa is watching me on social media. I just confronted her today, referring her to my own attorney. I blocked her the first time. She blocked me after I confronted her on what appears to be a burner account. This is disturbing behavior when I have a friend that has accused of her of criminal behavior. I have no knowledge of this incident, but I don't want to be associated with this attorney or this law firm. I am asking her to please leave me alone.

Stephanie Possa was my attorney and she was very competent and thorough in the handling of my cases. She was professional and took the time to explain difficult legal concepts. She was prompt in answering any questions I may have had. She also fought very hard on my behalf, and gave good advice and guidance throughout the process. I was injured while in another state and had some difficulty finding an attorney in Baton Rouge to handle my case. Then, my wife ran across their ad stating that they handled cases in other states. I set up an appointment and they agreed to represent me after hearing what happened to me. They outlined for me what to expect and providef me with a list of things that I should do and things that I should avoid doing. They eventually had to file suit in the other state and after opposing counsel had it removed to federal court, they were successful in getting it remanded to state Court. After much discovery, we agreed to mediation and was able to obtain a fair outcome in my case. Throughout the case, they were always easy to contact. They provided me with excellent representation for a very reasonable price.

I hired Stephanie Possa as my attorney in an automobile accident back in April 2019. Once I was signed up all communication with her was few, far, and in between! I had to call repeatedly to get updates on my case and when you call she’s never available so you have to leave a message in which sometimes she calls you back other times you have to call again and leave another message, she would return calls on Saturday mornings at 8am in which no one is expecting, and tries to fast talk you to get you off of the phone. Just settled my case February 2020 and it was ridiculous! And still to this day I’ve never seen her in person!

The receptionist was the most unpro essional, rude, disrespectful law firm staff member I've ever experienced. The partners of this law firm should know they have the worst receptionist ever and they should require proper telephone etiquette training from Ms Autumn, receptionist. After abruptly hanging up, for no reason at all inquiring of what dept should we speak to and this very rude lady was shockingly, surprising, adamantly refusing to assist us in navigating within the organization regard client business with her company, asked her to provide her name, wouldn't communicate and rudely hung up the phone twice then 3rd time she finally disclosed her name. Proper telephone etiquette if you are busy should be "May I place you on hold" and not hang up the phone in the midst of a conversation. Partners be aware this lady maybe causing business loss. What I experience I wouldn't refer anyone to your prestigious law firm.
