I have known Todd Latiolais for years. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I have referred several clients to him and he has taken excellent care of them. I would not hesitate in calling Todd to handle your probate/estate matters.

I had to get my will revised as well as update my medical and durable power of attorney. Todd handled all three of these items flawlessly. He was fast, courteous, and accommodating to my needs. I would not go anywhere else for will or power of attorney needs.

Todd was very informative with me and my husband and gave us options about our wills and even asked us things we had never even thought about, grateful he was there to give us advice! Also got medical POA on 2 of our adult children, we were so very thankful for his legal advice. Hands down, recommend 100%!!

Started out find but was a total disappointment. I advised an older family member to seek out estate help and I found this attorney online for them. Everything started out fine but then Latiolias stopped answering questions and would not return calls. A letter was received, after months of limbo, saying that he could not help her any longer and she should find another attorney. I do not know if it was to difficult do what was wanted or just not caring for the questions being asked about the paperwork he wanted signed. Save yourself the time, exasperation and trouble, find another attorney to start that actually cares.
