I worked with Mrs. Clark. She was a little terse but overall okay. Mr. Maida talked with me once before deciding to file and he was there at the discharge (I don’t know the technical name). He walked me out and made me feel okay. Mrs. Clark is nice - professional.

I called to schedule a free consultation, and they got me in the next day. I had received a letter from another attorney regarding the matter in question... I handed the letter to Mr. Maida, and after he read it, he clarified what the letter was actually saying... then he called the other attorney right then and resolved the matter. I know there are a lot of varying factors that go into legal matters, but Mr. Maida handled mine in what has got to be record time. This was my first time needing legal guidance, but I would return to Maida Law Firm in the future, if needed... and I definitely would recommend them to any friends or family that may need legal services.

He explained the process we were discussing easily making sure I understood all that I needed to go forward, with my particular circumstance. Filing a bankruptcy is never an enjoyable experience, but having a good lawyer does seem to help you through the process.
