Mr.Lowry was appointed to me by the court. He didn’t answer my calls nor did he return my calls or emails. He failed to ask questions in court or even speak up on my behalf. He called my fiancé an idiot because she reached out to him on my behalf because I was getting nowhere with him. I would not recommend.

Mr. Lowry recently represented me and the outcome couldn't have been better. He was thoroughly prepared for the case.

Joel Lowry represents my fiancee in a cps case at first had all bad things on this lawyer and was seeing bad things but today in court I seen what I needed to see from him hoping he gets his paperwork in order but still wondering why he hasn't pulled backgrounds on both parents in this case and thrown them on the table where mom has lied for years but all in all a decent lawyer if u know your facts
