Communicative and competent. The settlement was more than anticipated. Update: At the beginning of the month I asked about next-steps and a timeframe regarding disbursement. I was told that the settlement team had followed up with my insurance several times in the last month and had not heard back, but that they anticipate hearing back by the end of the current month. An hour later the attorney informed me that they actually did receive the final lien amount from my insurer the week prior and that he expects I would hear from the settlement team by the end of the week. I never heard from anyone and have continued to reach out via text and calls without response. I understand that the urgency is only on my end, but the misinformation and lack of responsiveness in the home stretch is off-putting.

They're a pleasant patient firm to work with. Keep in mind that they do have other clients and case loads. So be patient I promise they will not disappoint you. Great communication and dialogs and all my questions were answered even some question I didnt know I had.
