I had an introductory call setup with them. The call was setup more than a week in advance. With less than 30 minutes notice, I receive an automated email notice that the meeting was cancelled. Just an automated message. No one reached out. I followed up and the person said the meeting was scheduled during a time he was busy. No apology, no immediate offer to reschedule. For a professional law firm, they should have noticed the issue much earlier and proactively reached out to reschedule and not at the last minute. It was their mistake and they didn’t even seem to care. I don't see how I would trust them with something as important as my legal needs with a firm that seems to value their time more than mine. I can’t speak to the quality of their legal services because I never got that far.

Hi! I have worked with this attorney on quite a few different issues and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. What really sets him apart is he is super responsive - even gets back to me on weekends, holidays, and late at night. He has called me well after normal bedtime when I had an important issue that could not wait to the next day. I find few people in professional services have this level of responsiveness.

I just finished my Initial Estate Planning meeting with Jeffrey Katz and Julianne. They were very profesional, taking their time to answer my questions in detail and reviewing all options that suited my case. They left me feeling confident in the plan that we came up together. Julianne, I appreciate you extra ability to explain any information and list the facts in a way that made me sure that I understood them. We were very satisfied with the will and trust work done for us by Jeff Katz, with an able assist from Dorothy Gottfried. We especially appreciated their patience as we took longer than we should have to make our decisions on the disposition of our estate. Dottie, especially, kept in touch to make sure we got it done, but never put undue pressure on us. They were also very flexible about scheduling our appointments.

Irresponsive and irresponsible. I was planning to hire a this lawyer just because they had a nice review and people talk good staff bout them, initially she said no conflict, and did not responded for whole month, after one more and many attempts to establish contact , they just said they have conflict. If you have a conflict you should say it in a first place, not to waste time and money !

I was disappointed by the response from Dottie Gottfried that I could only get a trust created if I agreed to an entire estate planning service from this firm. I only wanted a trust created which would be funded by several of types of assets. I was able to quickly find another attorney that took on my case to prepare my trust.
