I’ve always liked the treatment from Maples and Jacobs in past years, but my black lung case has been going on for four years. Arbitration on the case was more than two years ago, and still no answer. I may not live long enough to get an answer. Maybe a US Senator or Congressman could get an answer. I have faith in Jack to do whatever is necessary.
