They were great help with our parents estate, its never easy with multiple siblings out of town but Vanessa explained the process on our intial meeting and Megan kept us informed during the process and was always helpful clerifing any questions.

I schedule several meetings with Vannessa's office all went bad. The first meeting she stayed about 5 to 10 minutes before leaving turning us over to Pat ( her father who is retired.) who was respectful and really helpful. We were there to do 2 wills for my parents. All of the meetings were scheduled through me. She had several rescheduling meetings. When we got the drafts there was only 1 copy of each will and when I asked if I could get extra copies I was told FedEx wasn't far. We showed back up with the reviewed Draft copies and had marked several errors in both wills. She couldn't even review them in a conf room or her office she did it in their lobby. Our last meet was to review the finalized wills and have them notarized. I was told to wait in the lobby after driving 20 to 30 minutes to get there. She was disrespectful and I would not use her again for a parking ticket.

Absolutely fantastic and very professional. This team does an amazing job getting all the info and being very thorough. They get back with you within hours if Vanessa or Megan are unavailable when you call. I'm very glad I was able to work with Starke Law Offices!
