I reached out multiple times for consult via email and office call and could not even get a call or email back for a "no." Pretty unprofessional and I’m very unimpressed. Unfortunately it’s just a sign of the times. Would not recommend to anyone to waste their time trying to solicit representation.

The VA hooked me up with a lawyer from Elam & Burke for legal council in regards to a water damage dispute I was having with my apartment. They told me that I had not violated anything in the lease agreement and that the apartment building wasn't even up to code, which ultimately led to the water damage. I told the apartment I didn't think I was liable and they started demanding I pay or be evicted. I was in over my head, so I reached out to Elam & Burke. They agreed to help Pro Bono! Their team cogently made my case to the apartment management company and due to the persistence of Elam & Burke lawyers, I was released from liability for the water damages. The repair bill was ridiculously huge for the repair that was made and it was a point of stress in my life for far too long. Elam & Burke had a positive impact on my life in a very direct and real way.

This team is amazing. They took care of a horrible case and knocked it out of the park. We were represented in a very professional manner. Although going through legal issues are never enjoyable, we knew we were in great hands. Thanks Elam Burke!
