Their "free consultation" consisted of a woman calling me, very clearly already with a determination in mind, saying they could not help me- based on the VERY minimal info given in my consult request. Excuse me for not uploading my medical history in the contact request. She was condescending, asked me no questions, and barely let me speak. I ended up getting flustered and hanging up because I came to them for help and she made me feel like I was the one on trial in the first 20 seconds of our conversation. Incredibly unprofessional, borderline hostile. Did not get ANY kind of vibe that they were out to help anyone, simply out to make a quick big buck with the least work possible. Actually listening to a complex, nuanced medical case? They just don't have the time for that.

Bill Thompson and the Lubin & Meyer team are outstanding professionals! The settlement for my late wife's wrongful death was substantial. After almost 6 years it came down to the last week before the scheduled trial date, then Bill and his team went to work and did what they do best: prevailed!

The "paralegal" people they have answering the phone for intake feel like they work for the defense team. I would avoid this firm at all cost. I’ll be taking my extremely lucrative case to another firm that will actually schedule a meeting with an actual lawyer that will sincerely go over my medical records. I had three conversations with these people and each time they moved the goal post for what they wanted. These paralegal literally wanted me to call my doctor to be a medical witness before they even looked at my medical records or to even verify I had a case to begin with. Completely unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending. This place is such a joke, I’m surprised Carlos Mencia didn’t steal it.

This firm was referred by Morgan & Morgan because they could not help me. I received a call from a female attorney who was rude interrupting me. There was no guidance for the lay person she just fired questions and I told her that I wasn’t prepared for the amount of detail she needed and she said fine I’ll call back tomorrow and hung up! No way will I work with this firm.my father was murdered by his doctor. A little compassion maybe?

My "never event" case was addressed with swift action. Within 22 months, instead of the standard 4 years, I received my portion of a settlement that was negotiated to be 50% higher than originally offered. I’m grateful to all the folks who made this possible from the administrative support to the partners and everyone involved. Thank you.
