My husband and I set up a living trust with Wendy Temkin. Upon the death of my husband some years later, I worked with Jodie Gilbert at Watershed, the successor firm. Jodie was well-prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond, and helpful on every front. She provided me with documents, printouts, information, advice, and assistance, helping me through all of the expected and unexpected complexities and decisions that needed to be dealt with.

My husband and I entered into the estate planning process with very little knowledge, and considerable trepidation. Although I knew it was ultimately important, it took me years to finally hire someone to write a trust and living will for me. In Wendi's capable hands, I was not only surprised by the relative ease of the whole project, but absolutely delighted by the the outcome. Wendi takes something that could be stressful and emotional and turns it into an easy process that gives us peace of mind. Everything is very organized and simple to follow. Receiving an asset spreadsheet with specific instructions on how to retitle everything into our trust was a huge help, and being able to videotape ourselves at this point in time was a really neat extra touch. Wendi is really friendly and approachable, and we feel that we've taken a hugely positive step in protecting our family's assets.
