They had my aunts Will and when I called to ask to make an appointment with the attorney who did my aunts Will. I said she’s passed away and I would like to make an appointment with Wanye she scoffed at me and said he wouldn’t be back till June third. I asked if I could make an appointment she gave me a Stern no and said he makes his own. I asked if I could meet with someone else and she said nope he’s the only one who does Wills I asked to get the will she told me in a snotty tone if we have it. And then called me back letting me know they do she asked if I knew how to get there I said the address and she said nothing and said hello once and hung up while I was trying to communicate with her so I went down to get the paper work instead of calling her back I buzzed they met me at the door she handed me papers and I told her I wanted to talk to her about her phone decorum and she scoffed at me again and I said it’s not right how you treat others after a death of a family member no compassion no respect and she stood hard on she didn’t do that tried to apologize for me having feelings. Would never use just because of their secretary who’s not helpful or nice. TLDR : secretary scoffed at me and was rude when I told her I was looking for Wayne to help with my deceased aunts Will reading.

This law firm is the best law firm in the entire tri-state area. They specialize with injury cases. As a former client I can honestly say Reubens & Lazinger is above reproach. They are excellent attorneys who fight for their clients in every possible way.

If there were an option for zero stars i would have gladly given that to this firm. They are rude, unprofessional and extremely difficult to deal with. BEWARE
