i cannot adequately describe the absolutely fantastic job that atty middleton did for us during my husbands personal injury trial. it was very obvious how experienced atty middleton was at representing his clients at trial. we had a very complicated motorcycle accident case. we had an wonderful attorney representing us but it was him alone representing us against quite a few insurance company attorneys who were manipulative and corrupt. our attorney happened to be a colleague of atty middleton and atty middleton found out about the case and that it was going to trial soon. he immediately joined the case to help on very short notice. he came and assisted with picking the jury and then joined our attorney to represent us. atty middleton immediately researched every aspect of motorcycle accidents in depth and was completely educated on the topic and very effectively litigating our case. he knows the legal system, the police department policies and accident reconstructions inside and out. atty middleton was absolutely amazing to watch in court. he is so gifted with litigation. watching him in action was like watching a dramatic legal trial movie. he is an expert at getting the truth discovered. every time the corrupt attorneys started twisting the truth and giving false evidence and their client got up and lied on the stand i felt so hopeless and then atty middleton was able to turn things completely around using his legal expertise and exposing the truth. he can get the truth out no matter who is on the stand it is incredible to watch. he is extremely intelligent and hard working. he has a very calm demeanor which makes him great in court. he is a brilliant legal mind. we were so incredibly fortunate to have him represent us. atty middleton and our other atty he went above and beyond for us. they prevailed in court obtaining an award for us that covered my husbands loss of ability to work and compensated him for pain and suffering. i dont think anyone could have won our case but these amazing attorneys. they are so superior to the large boston firms and give so much attention and care to their clients. When you have no hope this man will take you under his wing and save you. we are forever grateful to them for saving us.
