One of the worst employment law firms around. Please do not ever be fooled by her publicity. She knows what the masses want to hear & has mastered the art of building a great public image. Her intake is rigorous. I submitted lots of documents and thought she probably did that because she truly cared and wanted to understand someone’s story better. On the day I was supposed to have a call with Susan, I received the following text message, " Hi, it's Susan Crumiller - I'm so sorry but I'm dealing with an issue that can't be avoided and I'm just going to have to reschedule our appointment. I'm available over the weekend, though, if that works for you? Sunday morning or evening would be best. Regular hours of course also fine." I replied telling her not to worry and that I was available on Sunday morning and she should not hesitate to let me know her preferred time to connect. I never heard back from Susan or her office and it’s been 3 solid weeks now. I almost believed Susan cared, but she clearly doesn’t. One of the worst employment law firms on the market masquerading as standing for women’s rights. The experience did leave a bitter taste in my mouth and I had to take a break from searching for a lawyer. I expected more from her. I have no idea why I trusted her.

Such an amazing time working with her and her team. She was able to help me out so much during my litigation experience and help me settle. Humble, communicative and compassionate would be just the foundation of my perspective of them as they helped me with my case. Thanks again, Crumiller P.C., for everything!

My take on Susan Crumiller P.C. and team: This place is a total waste of time. I've had the same experience with this firm as the previous reviewer, almost verbatim. They tend to lead potential clients on, requesting documentation, information, which leads to naught. Her publicity appears to be a game. In my opinion, she could care less about women's rights, a facade. Please don't waste your time with this firm. Again, I'm in total agreeance with previous reviewer. This is the worst employment law firm ever, and I will share my experience within my circle as well as with others seeking a prestigious employment law firm.

I was in a crisis, about to lose a twenty-plus year apartment. Susan Crumiller was recommended by a friend of my sister. We set an appointment right away and in a sentence, it did not look good. My nerves were raw. Susan led with a calm clear strategy and direction which bolstered confidence and trust as we worked together. The legal team was both efficient and mindful of costs and fees. The story's end: an amicable agreement with the building owners, a new lease and peace of mind; it doesn't get better than that. For a first time working with a lawyer, Susan is a benchmark. She left a 'good taste' in my mouth. Her compassion and ability to see through the client's eyes: the fear, apprehension, over thinking the worse sets her sharp knowledge, skills and counsel in motion. She knows the law and a landlord's limits. I cannot say thank you enough for her and the team's expertise. Without question, Susan is the best for legal representation.

Susan did great work for me, is a thoughtful listener, and a strong advocate. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to make sure that her work for me was cost-effective and solid. She worked hard for my case and spoke for me with a passionate understanding of how I felt about the case, but also made sure that my money was well spent. She was actually able to save me quite a bit by being frugal and thoughtful about the case and its requirements. This is a lawyer who really cares about both you and your case, and will honestly do her best for you. I highly recommend Susan and her firm.

Susan is a FANTASTIC attorney who really goes above and beyond for her clients. In addition to being a skilled advocate, she is truly passionate about what she does. Susan definitely has a better "bedside manner" than the typical attorney and will hold your hand through the whole process. She is very responsive to emails and is exactly the type of person you want in your corner when dealing with a tough situation at work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a an employment attorney.

This review is long overdue, but as the tenant union leader of my building I was so very lucky to have found Susan for our landlord overcharge case (which she won for us-handily). While she no longer practices tenant law I can tell you that if you are seeking help in the areas she now practices you could not be in better hands. Efficient, genuine, a master of the law.
