I personally don't believe most of the five star reviews in regards to Oliver Zhou. Hired him a few times for a few property closings and he doesn't even show up to closing. The staff he sends on his behalf doesn't know enough to explain to me what I was signing. Does not do his due diligence in reading the whole title report and costed my firm tens of thousands of dollars. Revealed zero potential issues prior to closing-he just takes his money and stay quiet. Keep up the good work(sarcasm) and close your business please. They moved to 100 Bowery but do yourself a favor and seek someone that's actually a professional.
