Michael Bailey helped redo our wills, trust, & relate pertinent documents as we moved to CO a couple of years ago. He was immensely helpful. After working with Michael around 12 years ago on our initial will and power of attorney paperwork, we completed updates on everything earlier this month. Michael conveniently came to our home and worked with us on adjustments to the paperwork. Michael was very patient and thorough in obtaining these changes. Approximately two weeks later, we received drafts to review for a couple of changes that were implemented. Subsequently, the notary that Michael works with, Lynette George, came to our home and presented the finished product and finalized the paperwork. Everything was super easy, and the associated costs were very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael Bailey for your estate planning needs. I can't imagine a better experience !! Michael walked us through each step and explained the options, then he prepared documents that we were able to review at home. We sent him a few questions via email, which he quickly addressed. Then he sent us the final copies for review. Once we were satisfied with the final version, we went to his office for a highly organized signing session. He brought a great sense of humor to this serious subject. His vast experience is quite evident, because you can tell that he has thought through any questions that come up and has the answers or available options. 5 stars isn't really enough. We met with Michael to create a family trust, will and POAs. He was as knowledgeable in person, as he is on radio. In person, Michael was easy-going, didn't pressure us in any decisions, but gave us the info and advice we needed to make our own decisions. His level of communication in regards to making appointments and follow up questions/answers was easy and immediate.
