Started with a support number pretty much day one. 9 months and 20 some thousand later number didnt change. Pretty sure attorneys on opposing sides work together to milk what they can over simple divorces. Left with absurd support payment, now scraping by while ex gets to live easy life. Was immediately told by a woman at Erie county child support office during setup of support i should file an appeal cause the number seemed way too high. Keep searching especially if your higher earner. Oh then after ensuring you have enough money left to live in your car they will tell you it is even more money to handle the retirement account fight at the end of your case, as if that shouldn’t be handled already after 9 months.

Jamie was my attorney throughout my custody and support cases. I really cannot say enough good about her as a professional and as a person. My attorney had an associate take my case a week before going to court because he had a child. While those are important moments for his family, it resulted in very expensive work lost and weak representation. It impacted my outcome significantly, on top of costing a lot. There was also no strategic plan either and given the very high cost, this was very unreasonable.
