Hervey & Hervey PA

Worked with them many times for real estate closing. Always had a good experience with this team.

We had a meeting with Tanya to set up a trust as part of our estate planning. The initial meeting was informative; however, we never received a follow-up appointment. I attempted to contact the firm to schedule a follow-up, but I did not receive any response.

From contract through closing, this firm was on top of everything for my buyers! At the actual closing, Mason was fantastic! He has a great personality, made the buyers feel at ease, and was very understanding in having to reprint a few docs that needed to be resigned. 5 stars, highly recommend!!

A simple closing turned into a nightmare (on the part of the lender). If we did not have Mason Meredith of Hervey & Hervey, it probably would not have happened, as scheduled, that day. He was so helpful and accommodating, that we did close. Five hours later than scheduled, but Mason made it happen. We cannot express our gratitude enough. We would definitely use this firm, especially Mason, again for any other legal matters. Mason Meredith is one of the nicest and empathetic attorneys I have ever met.....and I was a legal assistant for over 20 years!

We had the good fortune of closing on our new construction home with Mason Meredith at the firm. He was so articulate, thorough, and made a point of ensuring that we understood exactly what we were signing and why. We have closed on 12 homes in 24 years. This was the best experience we have ever had!

Today we did the closing on our home and Jack was awesome. He made the process so easy and explained everything really well. Jack is professional and also very kind.

Attorney Mason handled the closing of our house and he is excellent! I was truly impressed by his knowledge and his demeanor. The quickest, smoothest closing I have experienced.
