Jessie is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I was just trying to get clarification a garnishment that I have. I wanted to see how much I owed them vs how much the court said I owed. She didn't even let me finish my sentence, talked over me, and when I said so basically I am sol until you guys get the last chunk of money she says "Well yeah if you want to put it that way." She has been nasty both times I have talked to her. If you hate your job so freaking much, quit or might I suggest, just being nice. Everyone struggles... case in point, a granishment. But good lord almighty.

If I could leave -10 I would! Jessie who works there is the most unprofessional person I have come in contact with. I tried to update them and let them know I’m working to get paperwork ect to them and let the know I am working with them! This girl put me on hold several times without saying she was going to … just in the middle of our conversation the hold music would come on . She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. She seems slow Kept talking over me.. She kept telling me they do not work with the insurance company .. okay great…I didn’t ask you to , I just wanted to update you guys to let you know I’m working on getting this debt fixed (paperwork to them ect ). So they wouldn’t pursue more legal action. Letting them know my insurance will be sending them information . Trying to be upfront and transparent that I’m actively working with them and my insurance to get this right . Most difficult people to deal with, I would not recommend trying to talk with these people. Sloppy, slow and ignorant. I have reported their agency to the appropriate authority. They are the epitome of what people think debt collectors are . Rude, argumentative, aggressive and NON HELPFUL . Losers in real life ! Also says they are temporarily closed on the website.. they should be permanently closed . For trying to commit fraud .

I had to update my review from a 5 star to 1 star. I had the worst experience with him recently after hiring him a few years back and can no longer recommend his services to others. Truly felt (in my opinion) like his motivation is pure greed. Yuck.

Bill Knight took time to come meet with me and help me negotiate my social security claim. I would not have been able to get through the process and the system on my own. He was very knowledgeable on the steps and the timeline and he had a good feel for my case and the outcome. All I asked of him throughout the process was that he not sugarcoat anything and tell me exactly what he thought my chances were. I would use Bill again in the future and would, and have already, recommended him to others with social security claims!

Bill Knight is a straight shooter he was honest hardworking and effective, he was able to use the evidence to get SSD to make a fair accurate decision. It can take time but He'll stick with your case social security disability makes it very difficult to win your case. I wasn't successful on my own but Bill helped me get a favorable decision. Some people leave bad reviews because they don't meet SSD's criteria and Bill won't waste your time or his on a claim that doesn't have a chance. But I'm certain that if you deserve it he can help you throughout the process.

Disgusting to say the least.. Beware. He sues people on behalf of shady debt companies. Watched him openly argue in court to get a huge judgement on a man who just went thru Cancer treatment (Debt company has since lost other cases on matter). I was horrified. He doesn't even appear in court, he appears "only" by video conference after suing people.. My honest view is he just tries to get as many cases (and money) as he can, hoping for high amounts.

Called Bill because he was recommended. In the short 2 min convo he had with myself and my wife about her appeal with SSD he was rude and asked dumb questions. Example: Do you know what's in your records for your Aug 10th hearing. Answer: Yes we do but over 1,000 pages of evidence in just a short 2 year period we don't have every page memorized. We have the files obviously. Rude as he could be. Don't recommended this unprofessional jerk.
