I hired Pamela to help me file for divorce. She was very helpful and easy to work with, and her prices were very affordable. This was an amicable divorce, but the paperwork was complicated because we shared kids and multiple types of property. I wish I had accepted Pamela's reasonable price to do the filing for us, but instead I wanted to do it myself, and I paid her hourly to look over the documents and give me advice. It ended up being a lot of complicated work for me, but Pamela was great help, and she was very responsive. I strongly recommend her, and I would certainly hire her again if needed.

I would not recommend Pamela Ross Legal Services, PC for anything beyond very basic and straightforward legal needs, such as simple form-filling. My experience with Ana Voloshko during a high-conflict custody case was deeply disappointing and disheartening. I sought assistance navigating a challenging legal process, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advocating for my relationship with my daughter. Unfortunately, Ana failed to provide the level of representation and advocacy that I needed—and expected—as her client. There were multiple mistakes made in my legal filings, some of which I caught myself. Despite bringing them to Ana's attention, these errors were not corrected. What was even more troubling was her apparent alignment with the opposing counsel’s perspective. She repeatedly failed to defend me against false allegations made by the mother of my child and never even asked for my side of the story- even though I had proof that these allegations were false. Rather than advocating for my parental rights and helping me stand firm in the face of difficult accusations, Ana often suggested I avoid upsetting the mother in order to have access to my daughter. This approach felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a high-conflict case where assertive representation is crucial. In summary, I did not feel supported, represented, or protected by this legal team. If your case requires anything more than routine paperwork, I strongly advise looking elsewhere, and even then ensure you double-check the paperwork before filing.

My review of Pamela Ross Legal Services is overdue, but if you’re going through a divorce, I hope you find time to read about my experience. I started my divorce in 2020. My case was complicated I spoke to about 20th attorneys that gave me no hope. I was requesting my divorce, Full custody of my children, a restraining order, and half of the money that we had in our bank account when I left my home. I have no history of domestic violence. I never call the police. I was married for 10 years and my husband had everything under his name. I hired An attorney from Gilroy and in three months all she did was fill out papers and we went to court once and I already paid her $7000. I have three children with my ex-husband and two children from my first marriage. COVID made everything even more difficult because schools got closed, no daycares. I was working fewer hours, and the stress sent me to the hospital twice. I was going to church collecting food with the homeless to give Food to my children. I couldn’t afford an Attorney anymore so I went to places that fill out Legal forms to try to find a way out. It was an absolute disaster. Every time I presented anything in court something was missing. I tried again to get an attorney to take my case, but because I had a previous attorney, they all said no to me. I came across Pamela’s name. After I spoke to her, I was skeptical. Her prices just seemed so doable and reasonable, it was like I was talking to a human being. So I went to court, and I investigated to make sure she Was a real attorney and they confirmed it to me. She started my case in 2021. My ex-husband had an attorney with 40 years of experience. And even though there was no way for me to prove that there was money in the bank account when I left my home because he had already moved everything a year before without my knowledge.
