Update: there are quite a lot of people who feel Robert is condescending and extremely rude. Be respectful and professional in future. Talking down to ppl never works in your favor. Its sign of a immaturity and lack of ppl skills. Robert is a terrible lawyer with bad manners. he talks down to you and gives you the worst scenarios possible. I decided to go with a better respectful lawyer . Robert is condescending and talks down to his clients and sets lower expectations for a client because he lacks skills as a lawyer to do the ideal thing for a client. You should be careful who you employ as your lawyer otherwise you will get least effort from a marginal lawyer like this. Help yourself and get a better lawyer who wants to do right/ideal thing for you. there are plenty of respectful good lawyers that are better than this guy. I feel bad for clients who have to work this guy. Rude and unprofessional !!!
