Jennifer did a good job for us. We won the case and she was a large part of that. She was very nice to us and understanding. Always willing to help. Her assistant, Amy, was nice too as we would be in communication with her if Jennifer was busy. This firm took on a very difficult case others had dropped after those others first agreed to take on the situation. They worked with me and all of the medical personnel to present a strong and united front to counter the other side. Their attention to detail in the reports allowed them to completely embarrass the medical presentation of the opposing side. This helped bring the other side to a resolution after over two years. My wife had Ms. Eldridge and she was horrible. She never communicated with her, wasn't prepared for when they had the appeal, never returned phone calls or emails. The appeal judge was even appalled by how unprepared she was at the appeal. With her lack of professionalism my wife now gets to start the process all over again. I dont know about others in the law office but for the one they get a one star!!
