Nice law firm but Russ wouldn’t file 1of 2 complaint that warranted filing because he said it wouldn’t be heard because it wasn’t filed in a timely manner. Needless to say it needed to be filed b/c I’m undergoing a major surgery for it. But, I went elsewhere and got it filed with no issues. Although I’m not "bashing" him about the situation b/c he did help me with getting half of my claim filed just not the completed and I had to go elsewhere in order to get the work that I needed done.

Russ Haugen did an exceptional job handling my case. For the most part, he answered all of my questions before I had the chance to ask. Anything else I needed, he was quick to respond. He found additional compensation that I was due. This alone, let me know that he was taking good care of me. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case and would certainly call Russ again for any similar needs.
