After doing my research and seeing his level of expertise, I was completely comfortable with the idea of potentially retaining him. He even bragged about how well-versed he was, saying he had handled at least 25 cases just like mine. After weeks of back-and-forth emails and sending him documents, I was asked to drive 40 minutes to his office and pay a $300 consultation fee. Within less than 4 minutes, I was told I didn’t have a case because of an arbitration agreement — something he could have determined well before I made the drive and paid the fee. As a single mom who already went through a horrible car buying experience, this felt like another unnecessary blow. I expected honesty, professionalism, and integrity, but I left feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. This type of practice is unethical, and I would not recommend this attorney.

I had to contact Mr. Choi after purchasing a car in Scottsdale. There were issues with the extended warranty (the dealership charged me for one but they never paid for it). I had no idea how to proceed, as the dealership was not willing to honor our contract. I do not live in Arizona and was fortunate enough to contact Mr. Choi regarding this issue. In 2021 , myself and a few more people were victims of fraud by a used car dealership in Mesa. I bought a truck, paid in cash and I was told by the guys in the dealership that I was going to receive the title in about 30 days by mail. So I trusted them. A month later, one night a towing truck took my truck. I called 911 thinking someone had stolen it, but that was not the case. I was told by the operator that my truck was not under my name and the company that owned it decided to pick it up. I told them that I had a contract that I sign proofing that I paid in cash, but they told me that they were not able to help. It was so frustrating to go through all this since the police department was not able to help, MVD was not able to help and I spoke to multiple lawyers that told me that I didn't have enough evidence and I didn't have a case. I was mad, fustrated, and losing hope until I met Mr. Choi. When I went to his office and met him, he took his time to see the contract, he explained that he had worked in this type of cases before, and he was able to help me. It took a little over 3 years, but Mr. Choi, Veronika Fabian and Daniel were able to help me and help another 10 people to get some justice. They had to deal with bad and staburn lawyers, but they didn't give up. I'm so thankful to them for helping us and for not giving up. They are the best!
