Seth W. Whitaker, Ltd. Co.

Seth was recommended by our Financial Advisor for setting up trusts, dealing with some trustee duties on existing trusts in another state, and handling the setup of an LLC. He’s super personable, knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and warm as well as helpful. We would definitely recommend him and will continue to use his services into the future.

Seth handled issues arising from my father’s estate settlement. I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism and expertise that he used in this work on my behalf. His representation saved me from falling any further into the complete anxiety and heartbreak that come with the loss of a loved one when compounded with the threat of estate litigation. Thank you so very much!

Absolutely professional and detailed. Beyond helpful in addressing our concerns and needs. Highest of Recommendations.

The firm was a great help doing estate planning and walking us through options we did not understand and the options to consider based upon tax considerations and our desires.

Seth is very professional and an excellent lawyer.

Unethical! If you hated lawyers before you won’t be disappointed. He’s a coward too!

This firm was incredibly helpful when a family member passed away.
