Although my having to defend a family lawsuit was unpleasant, Steve Duggins was an excellent choice for my attorney. He is very smart and knows when to press forward or take a break to let the other side cool off. He is a great guy to work with. Overall my experience with him was outstanding and I recommend him highly. P.S. I write this post to dispute claims from another client. That assessment is quite unfair.

I would not recommend him. With lots of proof to prove I should win. He knew I should win this. He totally let me down and notified me by email that we lost. Never kept me up to date for the next year. The judgement was full of lies.
