Was always quick to respond by phone or email, and frequently answered his own phone. My case was decided in my favor which I owe to his coaching. He has a calm and steady demeanor which helped me remain calm when my head was spinning. My case took a long time and was very stressful. I am grateful that he brought closure in this matter.
