Anderson & Associates PC: Anderson Timothy

The attorney under the name Anderson. Was completely and undeniably rude at every extent . After reading reviews it is reassuring to know I’m not the only one. When first consulting after a major crash . He was very callous and cold. Was at the hospital during call and when I made a request for advice from a parent . And I state in a rude voice " your 19 if your willing to speak to me yourself this conversation ENDS NOW! And we will no longer contact you " keep in mind I was in pain as I mentioned the first moments of the conversation. Stay away if possible

The Tim Anderson Law website literally says "family law" under family law custody is one of them. But when I get a call back and say I’m trying to fight for custody of my sister "that’s not something we handle. You can try lawyers.com though" and was very quick to end the phone call with no other guidance. Horrible.

Tim Anderson is the best lawyer I have ever encountered. He argued my case so well that the prosecutor and the judge had to break out their law books. He was at the court house before I was and kept me updated every step of the way. He made me feel like my case was the only one he had. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Tim Anderson he is worth every dollar!!! Thank you for having my back Mr. Anderson you truly are a magnificent attorney.

Save your time and resources. This law firm lacks of basic morals. Tim Anderson is overworked with the amount of cases he takes. Once a really good law firm, not anymore.

Mr. Anderson and his entire staff were amazing. Mr. Anderson took the time to understand my case and was respectful and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and accurately. Mr. Anderson and his team were outstanding.

Found these guys through ARAG. I called and asked to speak to an attorney they put me on hold for over 15 minutes. The lady asked how she can help me and I asked if she was an attorney. She said no and in the middle of my sentence explaining that I didn't want to have to tell my whole life story twice put me on hold. Said sorry about that and asked me what the case was regarding I explained a debt collection matter and she misunderstood everything I said and told me they don't do family law so I had to explain it to her she said oh okay and tried to charge me $50 for a consultation fee even though I have ARAG. Was pretty rude and a large waste of time.

I had a great experience not just with the lawyers but also the front staff and the paralegals. Megan is amazing she definitely took her time with me and was always pleasant and responded to my emails quickly.
