My uncle had met with Agnes a few years ago to get advice about his home and was pleased with the results. Sadly, he passed away this year, so my aunt and I sought her counsel about their properties. Agnes met my aunt and provided her excellent advisement- she informed us of something that no one had told us about (affidavit of heirship). She supported my aunt through the process of selling 2 homesteads, working well with my aunt’s realtor (they were an excellent team).
