I can't begin to muster up the right words that describe how thankful I am for Mr. Peraica and his team. I went through a battle with getting full custody of my daughter, and was also going through physical and emotional abuse from the previous marriage as well. Mr. Peraica and his team did what I thought was the impossible. He was able to remedy a real estate contract that had been breached without us having to sue the seller for specific performance. He assured me that he could get the job done, even after the two attorneys I retained before him could not close the deal. His legal expertise, negotiation skills, swiftness, and leadership allowed me to obtain a beloved and unique property, one that I thought I had lost for good.
