I found Bielski Chapman by sheer luck. Who said I'm not lucky? Working with SJ Chapman and her associates and assistants has been a pleasure! They are competent, courteous and cooperative. I am the Trustee of a now-deceased client's Trust. After distributing her Trust estate, I learned her pre-deceased brother left everything to my client. SJ stepped in and opened two estates and helped me marshal all of the brother's assets, which became part of his estate and then flowed into my client's estate. Daniel goldfaden (Levin and Perconti) handled my family's wrongful death case. He showed no empathy toward the family. He pitted family members against one another. SJ Chapman (Bielski Chapman Law) handled the probate or estate planning aspect of the case. SJ wanted me and my siblings to sign a document, I believe it's called a Bond Waiver that would have forfeited all of our proceeds which meant that our entire settlement would have gone to Daniel Goldfaden and SJ Chapman (Bielski Chapman Law). Daniel Goldfaden took out an astronomical amount of fees from the settlement that included Uber rides, hotel stays and meals to name a few. I would not use either of these law firms Levin and Perconti or Bielski Chapman Law under any circumstances. I would like to add that they, Levin and Perconti Law firm along with Bielski Chapman Law firm exploit poor and disabled clients.
