First I would like to say thank you so much to all of you & staff at Osterhout Berger Daley. Meredith Marcus (Federal Attorney) for excepting my federal appeal disability case, Attorney Stephen Sloan for being great attorney and did an awesome job at the hearing and won, Evelyn Kida (Case Manager) you were so kind, and explained everything to me and was a big part of helping out with my case, Jonathan Burdock ( Assistant for Attorney Sloan) you were so nice and friendly when I called and had questions and fantastic with assisting attorney Sloan, I had been fighting for my disability benefits for 5 years with another attorney that did they’re best but unfortunately they couldn’t when my case so they referred me to Osterhout Berger Delay and they finally won my case within a year. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them and for that I can’t thank you all enough. Thank so much again. You all are #1 in my book. Not because we have anything bad to say about this firm, but because we cannot do so without crying. Like many of you, Diane struggles with a debilitating disability.
