I’ll consider taking down my 1-star review when I am returned the remainder of my retainer, which I was supposed to receive several weeks ago. I shouldn’t have to hound a literal law firm to uphold its own contract.

Jason Sposeep is the GOAT! If you have a soon to be Ex. wife that thinks you’re hiding millions or unworthy of time with your children. Jason will set her and opposing counsel straight!

Jason & his team were superb attorneys for my divorce proceedings. While my divorce was amicable, I felt I needed support to make sure I had everything covered in my agreements. The team was responsive, organized and diligent.

I had a call scheduled from 2:00-2:30 PM and missed the initial call. When I returned the call at 2:00 PM (our scheduled time), it went straight to voicemail. I called again at 2:05 PM, and Kimberly Nega responded with rudeness, stating she had other commitments. As I was talking, she responded rudely before abruptly hanging up as I was still talking. We had scheduled 30 minutes. If she had other commitments, I would have 100% understood. Communicating, or even cancelling were better options than hanging up. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking and disappointing, especially as a first impression of this reputable law firm. As a firm specializing in divorce law, this behavior is not an appropriate. While I understand this may not reflect the company as a whole, I wanted to share this experience in case others encounter similar issues with her, or with any other employees. I am open to being contacted regarding this issue.

I was referred to this firm by a friend, and could not be more pleased with the entire experience with them. Specifically, Jason Sposeep and Christina Perez-Tineo were fantastic in handling the details of my divorce. They were professional and personable at every step, and they took the time to help explain the difficult parts that I didn’t understand. The rest of the staff were prompt and courteous as well. Going through the divorce was not something I wanted to experience, but I was extremely happy I had this team to help guide me through the process.

Do not hire this firm. They take all your money, play the game of going around and around, petition after petition with no resolution. He does not have your best interests at hand, I would make settlement agreements with my ex-husband and then the attorneys would disagree to disagree and drag it out for months and years! Charging you for every minute. A simple divorce with a very modest middle income family, cost me alone over $200,000 by the time it was finally over. I had to fire him in the middle of the mess and find another attorney. Absurd and devastating to say the least! Then they file a lien on your home which crushes your credit report. Its enough to go through the divorce let alone be abused by money hungry attorneys who do not care if they force you into bankruptcy.

I had the worst possible experience with this firm! I would highly advise anyone with a Family Law issue to steer clear of Schiller, DuCanto, & Fleck. Their attorneys are arrogant and seemingly unconcerned about the value that they provide to their clients. I set up a conference call with Jason Sposeep; he was unprepared, late to the call, ended it before the consultation for which I had pre-paid was concluded without providing me any advice. Worse, he insulted my family! When I complained to the senior partners I was totally ignored. Apparently, whatever successes they have achieved have left them with the belief that they are not beholden to their oaths or to customer service. This is an awful firm with horrible client service.
